Well, my transmission now has 241xxx miles now, and its on its last limb.

When i let off the clutch and get on it, it thuds right under the armrest area somewhere in 1st 2nd and sometimes third mainly. So i had it up on the jack stands today and checked my transmount, crossmember, and ujoints and they all are ok. However i just noticed that its leaking trans fluid for the first time...

I also checked the motor mounts and they look fine aswell

What they meant was if you physically checked to ensure the tranny mount wasn't ripped. A new one is only $35 for an Energy Suspension mount- I would go ahead and try that first. Your symtoms sound a lot like a tranny mount issue- esp if its still the stock mount. Easy way to check is to put a jack under your tranny and try to raise it- don't obviously try and raise the whole car, just enough to see if the transmission separates from the crossmember.

ill check again later, i cut my checks somewhat short because i burned the hell out of my arm on the exhaust :\
