Cheap 00' Cavalier w/ Audio/Video System (Motorized Screen, Mounted PS2)
I'm looking to sell my 00' Cavalier.
CAR: It has 144k on it, automatic 4DR and is basically stock except for the system. Exterior I give a 9/10, interior an 8/10. Exterior has maybe one or two paint scratches, but that was about it. I recently has a fibreglass piece replaced on the back below the tail light from the previous owner. I am not a smoker, but the previous owner of the car was, so there is one ciggarette burn below the airbag on the passenger side. The car is the classic darker red colour (like a cinnamon colour, don't quite know what its called) on the usual grey cloth interior.
SYSTEM: In the dash of my car there is a 7" motrized flip up dash. Along with this, there is a Power Acoustik DVD/CD/MP3 deck. A custom installation was done to get these two decks into the dash of the cavalier, as usually the dash is too small. Along with the deck, there is a Playstation 2 that is mounted on adhesive rubber in the glove box. In the trunk, mounted on the fold-down rear of the back seat, there is a rockford fosgate P3002 amp that powers 2 JBL GT120 subs in a carpeted box in the trunk. Not only does that car POUND when you want it to, but it's also great for watching DVD's and playing video games for road trips. The installation alone for this was $400, as there is also a A/V switch to switch between the dvd deck's surround sound and the ps2's surround sound.
Bought the car 2 months ago, had the breaks replaced when i bought them and an oil change done. Put about 1500 km on the car since it was bought. I am ONLY selling this car because my interests have shifted to honda ha. Looking for a CRX or an EG or EK hatch. The car runs perfectly, and I have not had one problem with it since I have bought it. If I don't get at least a partially reasonable offer, I would still be more then happy to continue driving it.
PRICE: I would be willing to sell everything, including the system for $7000 OBO. i will part out the system only if somebody is to purchase the car and does not want it. Otherwise, I will NOT part the system out. The price of the car with me keeping the system is $5900 OBO, as I will in turn be paying to get all of the equipment properly removed from the car, and I will also buy and install a simple CD Deck.
I would also be willing to trade fr a CRX plus cash, an EG hatch plus cash, or an EK hatch that's in very good shape. Mods are optional. I will upload pictures shortly.
