from your title im guessing you have an 89 camaro...

dont even bother with the swap on a 3rd gen. sell the car and buy a ttop one or get a ttop chassis and switch everything over.

on a 4th gen i would say just talk to jpack he could do it for ya or tell you some one who can but idk about third gens im not sure if they can switch as easy as a 4th or not
