looks like a .50cal weapon on some sort did a number on it

Yeah. It was a russian police weapon that made the speed holes lol. I have the pic of the front somewhere its funny most of the speed holes in the front are in the windshield where the drivers head would usually be. I guess thats a weakspot in the G wagens aerodynamics.
