SuprAdam can only hope to improve
you should be worried about how much cfm.....

Boost levels won't tell you much. 20psi on a t3/t4 compared to 20psi on a t88...What turbo do you have in mind?

Ewwwww a rotary

Go to rx7club.com and check out what the popular turbo is for the 13BT. There are lots of intelligent guys on that board.

garrett t04e

how much power you can get out of that engine really depends on what type of porting you have done..and the supporting mods you have in place.

i've had 2 rx's and yes.. one of the previous guys is right, it depends on how many CFM's u're running. pressure varies on different turbos. Raising boost on an RX-7 is a little more difficult than a regular car because u get boost spike very easily so u have to keep an eye on that. Bottom line, yes, post this thread on rx7club.com

depends on too many other factors really to be honest, if the engine is going to be kept stock you cant go much above the standard boost from the factory settings otherwise you will start to damage the engine. if you put aftermarket exhaust, intercooler, new puter system, port it or what ever then you can pump up the boost pretty safely...
