Its a hondata stage 2 unit comes with everything except for the wire to connect the unit to the jumper in the ecu...but the wire is only about $10.

the unit is in perfect working order ....i bought it but never used it in my car

yes u can hook it up to a lab top u just need the tuning program.

and i'm not sure if it has datalogging because i never got to use it ....
