89 civic dx, $300

gettin rid of my beater. car is probably pretty much just for parts, 2 new tires on the front, new gastank , new exhaust, still relliable, but body is rough

Quite interested... How is the clutch? Quite frankly I do not care about the rust, considering i will be driving it as a cheap daily driver, but want it to be reliable... Ball joints, axles, breakes? How is all that stuff? Will it pass etest and safety? Interior clean?
