explaination:
the car body has some rust, but nothing major. the paint however is flaking off everywhere, but a cheap paint can fix that. the main thing to get fixed is the heatercore, it is almost installed but i got lazy and decided i'd rather sell the car. if the heatercore is fixed (1 hour of work + rad fluid) the car will start and should pass emissions with no problems... to safety, probably won't need more than new front tires. but no guaruntee's.
