heads up, emphasize on the turbo kit and engine work.. you said the turbo is custom, what parts did you gather?

and is this a rear-wheel conversion? or this isn't a civic? (that makes this deal fishy like you have no idea what's going with your car)

how often do you check the plugs, any gauges to give you readings, how often you oil changes

how is the turbo and engine maintained on a turbo car is more important than what rice it has been add...
