Eibach Pro Spacers
they are
35mm to fit 5x114.3 bolt patterns.

The Spacers are in 8/10 cosmetic condition and 10/10 working condition.

Spacer's are great to push rims out and create the flush low offset look desired on many RWD cars. (Mustang, Camaro, Crysler 300, Magnum, G35, 350z, 240sx, etc...)

The spacers are also great for trucks with high offset wheels and need a low offset to clear control arms etc etc... (Ford Ranger, Murano, MDX etc...)

If you're looking at this add, you most likely know what these things are.
This is one of the safest methods of creating a low offset on your wheels...

What is the center bore and the thread pitch , does it come with the nuts to use them ?

I believe the center bore is 70.3 and thread pitch is 12x1.5. And yes it comes with the low profile nuts that bolt the spacer onto your hub.
