steelies (with rubber) CHEAP
i have 4, 4 bolt steelies off a civic (i think 14inch). there are in okay condition. it has rubber. like 2 tires are okay (50 percent or less) 1 tire is like (40 percent or less) and the other like (10 percent or more)
im asking $60 OBO for ALL FOUR.

you're pretty much buying 14 inch steelies, if you like the tires, their a bonus. im not sure about the percentages, they may be more. walmart sells one steelie for like $30, get 4 for less than the price of 2.
