Keyless Entry on 2003 CR-V
When I bought my first CR-V in 97 all CR-V came with the keyless entry unit
and wiring in the car. Of course the dealers didn't tell you this! All you
had to do was buy the keys fobs (that came with programming instructions)
and you could program the key fobs in about 2 minutes each and the cost was
less than half of what you would pay to have it done at the dealership.
Are the 2003 CR-V's the same way?
Thanks in advance.

My 2000 Civic LX had keyless entry installed on it.Like you,I bought
the transmitter,programmed it,and voila!
One would suspect that if this feature is available on a particular line that
the basic components are pre-installed...even if you don't opt for it
initially.
