This laptop is in good condition I bought it for about $1900 from best buy a few months ago, I need the cash now for my car so i'm selling it.

Looking for $1000 cad for it with. Still under warranty as well. I might also have the extended warranty for 3 years from Best Buy but I gotta check.

Please note that the amd athlon xp 2400+ does not run at 2400 mhz (2.4 ghz). It only runs at 1.93 ghz but it is comparable to a P4 of 2.4 ghz.

My AMD athlon XP 2500+(barton) runs at 1.46 GHZ stock. Care to share how yours runs at that speed?

my 2600 runs at 1.91, it all depends how you set up the bios...maybe he overclocked it slightly or somethin, no biggie

That might be possible in a desktop but not in a laptop. If it was overclocked that high, there's not enough proper cooling. Most people do get confused and think the 2400+ means 2.4 ghz.
