What honda civic?

im a new driver looking for a first car. i have a price range of around 25 thousand. 25 being the very top. i am very interested in the honda civic. i have looked at the lancer but the insurance is too high. if there is another car that i should look into please tell me.

I am really confused however on the different models of the civic. they have they coupe and sedan range and stuff. thats the difference between those? i basically want the ex package. with a moon roof, mp3 cable, etc.

What would you consider to be a good civic? I like the si series out of those, but i really know nothing about cars so i have no idea if those are good =). Is the sedan better then the coupe?

Thanks

Okay, if you like the EX then go with the EX. Sounds like you can afford it. The EX/LX is just a difference in equipment levels. The Si increases performance a bit and has some stylistic features that you can't get stock on the other models.

Coupe/Sedan is really a personal preference. Do you want the style of the coupe? Then get it. Will people often be riding in your backseat or will you be using the backseat a lot for other things? Then its probably better to get the sedan. With the newer body style, I think both coupe/sedan are attractive, so its really going to be about how you are using it.
