2000 Civic SIR Electrical Problem - Help!

the car acts as if there is no battery in it. there is a battery tho and its charged and fully functional.

i get voltage goin to and from the fuse box under the hood.

im guessing its one of the main relayes in the dash fuse box but i dont know which one. the car acts as if there is no battery in it.....no lights, no ignition, nothing happens period.

check your fuses first and then the relays.
Take a good look at the fuses or use a test light to see power on both sides of the fuse.
