as part of my '02 honda accd SE tune up.does it include the gas filter change?

is gas filter n fuel filter the same thing ?? also, should the tune up include the transmission oil change as well ? im being charged $450 from an ok reliable mech to do the standard tune up he said he would change the belts,caps,valves,trans oil,and i believe some of the filters.is this good ? honda has 97k miles.vtech.
