My car was over heating yesterday morning. We seen a pipe had a leak so we changed the pipe. It worked fine for the rest of the day. Then this morning it started to leak again. What could be the problem?















Instead of leak again i meant to say it over heated again.

When you changed the pipe(do you mean hose?) did you refill the radiator? When you did this you should purge the air from the system, if you don't you can get air pockets in the system which will cause cavitation(the coolant won't circulate properly). To purge the system top of the radiator while the engine is cold, leave the radiator cap off and start the engine and turn the heater to full blast. Let the car get up to temperature and keep topping off the radiator until it won't take any more coolant.































If the car still overheats you probably have a bad thermostat. It's cheap and should be replaced when you do a system flush anyway. If it still overheats still you could have a bad water pump or a clogged radiator.
