1993 Honda Accord LX cigarette lighter work with any of my cell phone chargers.

Did you make sure the cigarette lighter works? Could be a bad fuse. Age of car shouldn;t matter 12 volts is 12 volts. It's better for your phone to charge at home anyways. Car chargers should be for charging only when necessary, not as a routine.
