Power outlets (2) are not working in 05 Honda Accord Ex Coupe?

Power outlets (2) are not working in 05 Honda Accord Ex Coupe?
Both outlets (one on the center dash & one in the center console) not working after pluging in my cell phone car charger in the center dash outlet. Does anyone know what causes this problem?? How will I fix this?
