How much and where to get good paint job?
So, My bumper and mostly my back side is a bit scratched up and etc. I was wondering how much (roughly) will it cost to get it repainted to my bumper ONLY and not anywhere else around the car. Then I would like to know where could I get a good paint job that is hopefully in the Scarb, T.O. and Markham/Richmond hill area?

When you say scratched up, is it accident damage, or is it just regular wear and tear (swirl marks, etc)? If the latter, than a good detailer should be able to make your car look good as new. A paint job would be excessive for something like that.
