speedometer

my 94 accords speedo started acting twitchy . Now it doesnt work at all. Its stays on 20 mph . whats the fix . Im new to this car. Any help appreciated.

maybe the line broke, if ur handy go to honda and tell then what u hitnk it is and buy the part if not then get it into a shop and pay them . i am sure theres a DIy somewhere online try google for the answer.
