Thanks for the interest...car no longer for sale, I had alot of offers but my bid on a S2k did'nt go through. So I will be now keeping the Civic untill I can find another S2k deal. Or will use civic as partial trade on S2k but the chances of someone going from a S2K to a civic is very rare.
