How did you get your wheels?

I have crome wheels on my truck. When I use the cleaner they good for about 5 days, then they cloud over. Anyway to prevent that? And also the pit rust that gathers on the crome covered mirrors, cant get it all off, but its plastic, afraid if I scrub too hard, i'll scrub the chrome off.
