Apple 'working on TV set'
Apple is working on a prototype television set that could see commercial release by the end of next year or early 2013.
According to Bloomberg, the computing giant has put Jeff Robbin, the engineer behind the iPod and iTunes, in charge of the effort.
The news source cited an Apple insider, claiming that the company wants to make access to television shows as simple as possible by integrating all available services, such as a satellite TV, online film rental services and iTunes downloads.
