What car to get?

Well, im in the market for a new car. I will be selling my Golf in the summer, and im looking for something new.

Im looking for something with potential, ie in VW a 1.8T with a couple grand you have 300 HP so something similar. Im looking to spend around 10-14 grand up front for this car and later i would follow with engine mods... probally this summer If theres something that allready has high HP the budget goes up

Must's
---------
Air bags
clean loking car

tell me what you think is nice... im looking into 2001's GTI's or Jetta's but not sure what else is there

for 10-14 you can get a nice Camaro Z28. That's serious power with alot of potential. Just hope you know siphon gas...

Is this a daily driver/all-year-round car? That will determine a lot. Such as no Z28's or Mustangs..

Also Mustangs are a little cheaper to buy and maintain and you can get a gorgeous one with your funds. a VW may have some bang to it but it's still a lil engine and very plain looking.

Don't buy Japanese
