scrap cars

is it possible to buy a car from the scrap yard?

if you can... can it EVER see the road? i mean if you get it safetied? or what?

yes it is possible to buy scrap cars and as far as getting it on the road again it depends if they have the title and what the car was classified as, for example it might be classified as parts only which means that the frame is damaged and not road worthy
