So I had to work on 2 Del sols in the last month ( yaaaah ) . Anyways I,m gettin older an figger , next seat I put in one o my drag cars . Instead of suffering with a rock hard drag bucket , I,ll just get some light weight bucket outta some under powered import POS. That way I can have a light seat and some comfort sittin in the staging lanes , right ??. Well I decide on a del sol seat . Its light , some padding and supports you pretty good . Phoned 6 auto wreckers in local area . Only 1 seat availible and its ripped ....1 hunnert bucks . Seems all the civic owners scoop em up as fast as they come in . Friggin Civic owners . Now I gotta find something else .Lil Baztards ..77.

Depending on your fab skills, a Rabbit GTI, or MK2 Golf GTI seat might be exactly what you want. You can usually pick up a decent one on Vortex for $50.
