how do i make a dirt bike street legal in the state of new jersey?

Well first it has to be an enduro (legal for both the roads and off-roads). Make sure it has a functioning brake, taillights, headlight, and a license plate from the DMV. I think you have to be atleast 16 to get an enduro licensce
