any advice for a first time buyer, my budget is aroun £500 an i know nothing about bike, like is 125cc a good engine for me? any other tip would be really helpfull.

Get any one of your friend who have knowledge of motorbike and go to second hand garage then let him choose best bike for you.I will suggest you any 125 - 150 cc with good engine and less that 5 years one handed use. Good Luck!

The first thing you need to do is learn how to ride then see what kind of motorcycle is best the the riding you plan on doing. Get a friend to teach you how to ride then take it form there. Get your feet wet then you'll know what kind of bike is best for you.

Advice...don't get a bike...or if you really want one make sure you wear all the protection available....I work in operating theatres, when we get a trauma call involving a motorbike we have our coffee break cos we know it'll go straight to the mortuary from A+E!!!!!!
