Hi guys,
i jus bought a 96 civic cx with a 2 generation B16A motor but i need to have it emissions & safety tested can anyone help me out with the papers cause i cant find anyone that can do it for me!!!

? what are you looking for exactly?
a fake etest? cause its not something you should be looking for or showing any interest in, there cracking down on that shiet.
best thing is to swap your cap / rotor , spark plugs (gap to spec) and run an oil change. then test it get your results and go from there if it passes hey congrats if not you now have something to try and diagnose you problem exactly.
just my 2 cents be a emission inspector
