i had them set somewhere in the middle for comfort and performance, it rides nice. And its perfect ride height imo, its a proper sport drop, u can get a couple fingers inbetween the fender & tire, not slammed or anything, i dont like my cars exhaust scrapping over speedbumps or whatever.

Tokico is the strut/shock. Not the spring. The struts dampening can be adjusted within 5 different points. ( soft to hard ) meaning you ride can be softer which is mainly more comfortable, or you can make the ride stiffer/ harder, this will give you better handling. Its adjusted by turning a little **** on the top of the assembly. The ride height can not be changed with this setup. If you want to be able to change the height back and forth then you want coilovers.
