Whis is faster, a suzuki z400 or kawasaki kfx 700?

hello, my buddy and i are having a little dispute. He insists that a suzuki z400 that is somewhere in the year range of a 2002-04 could beat a 2006 kawasaki kfx 700 in a drag race and a race on a motrocross track. Which one is truly faster and would win? any insight on this issue would be great!

the kawi is much faster. more cc's, and not to mention a newer model. The size and power of engine over powers that of the light sukiki body with a 4oo cc motor.
