Well its all good out in the flatlands this weekend .Ibought a crate 455 4 my camaro last feb from spokane wa .Got the engine home (never use fed ex again) &because of the nature of my work(s/d millwright) thre work started coming.Got a bit of time here & there to work on it cleaning and painting parts,ETC and finally in the middle of this winter it was good to go .Hung that sucker of the roof of the shop & stuck it in .Long story short she fired fist roll & i've now put 2 oil changes & 350 miles on (ready 2 splash again oils cheap)and boy does she ever R&R . ALLthis to say to all u guys thanks 4 the help & iguess this goes to show that not all u people from the centre of the universe are screwed up(baker dark humour )Have a great 1 guys & talk 2 u again Bake

Most definetly , going to do stock manifolds & then headers & see what we get . Hopefully be working in province this yr and get to spend some time at S.I.R. this yr . sir=sask international race way,1/4 mile strip just south of toon town on the way to regina. later bake

T350 out of 78 olds 98 , put it in behind the old engine (73 bl with 72 heads & 268 comp cam) took it out & did the power shift thing & kissed 2nd gear bye bye. My very good friend & car guy(all self taught) rebuilt the tranny & all he would tell me is it had some good stuff in it . Ihave 2.76 rear end ,posi . stock t400 converter ( blew the other one up) and its lasting very well . I eventually want a bowties 200-4R and a bit more converter & gear but bills & daughters education come 1st . Still going 2 b a blast to drive . Talk 2 u later Bake
