Where or how to repair rim scuff??

I just bought a set of 17" rims, ... black with a chrome lip.. I was a dumbass and went throught a drivethru carwash, where the track that guided me scuffed the outside of the lip on one of my rims.... it isnt that noticable, but its heatbreaking, since the rims are so new! I will post a pic later if nessisary, but pretty much there is a 1cm thick scuff around the outside of the chrome lip... its not deep, but a little rough and its lost its shine obviously.

Any ideas of places that will fix this for a reasonable price (brampton/mississauga area preferably), or an easy DIY... i've seen that one DIY thats posted on here, but i dunno if that would work on chrome/polished rims.

Thanks.
