'98 Integra question..??

I have a '98 integra and it has about 220,000kms on it.
Do you think its now time for me to change my timing belt and water pump?

PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Your help is appreciated!

has it ever been changed before, if yes, how long ago.

if no, then yeah you need to do timing belt, etc.
