Where to repair a bend rim?

Where to repair a bend rim?
So I have 2 rims that are bend and I need to get them fixed. The problem is very small, people balancing them say there is a slight wobble in them. You can't see it just by looking at them.

The rims are 3 piece with stainless lip.


Any ideas?
