I have an OEM front bumper from 00 sir, original paint( vsm silver) with minor scuffs (has cut outs for fogs). Also have a brand new set of fog lamps still in the box complete with all the wiring .
Make a reasonable offer or would be willing to trade for a few things for 00 civic

-205/50/r15 tires
-Front rotors
-Front fenders (must be oem)
