i have a 1999 honda civic manual for sale, the car is clean, drives perfect, very goood on gass, it just got painted white last week, no rust, the body is in goood condition, it comes with 16 inch rims and tires, it is also lowered 2.5 inches all the way around, with coil-overs, it has clear rear lights, it also has new o2 sensors, new iac valve, new spark plug wires, new spark plugs, and a new distrobrutor cap, the car comes with safety and emission. letting it go for $4300
