ok guys i purchased this seat in august of 2007 from JRP. the seat was built in june of 2007 and i ran it in the car from august - nov 2007 and april - nov 2008 so roughly 8 months usage. the seat is MINT! and stored indoors while my Recaro's took the winter beating. with the seat i also have a base and slider ($210 before tax). this allows you to move the seat forward and back. it also has holes to drop the butt portion of the seat down but not sure how much adjustment, im 5'8 and it fit alright for me.I have roughly a 32 waist and it fit farely well, i wasn't swimming in the seat so anyone with a 38 waist and smaller should be ok. Because this seat is in very good shape (non-smoker,keys not in pockets) the price is $500. Im pretty firm but in all reality im fair so a decent offer will be considered.
