But in all honesty i would need to knwo more about your car. Color, t-top/hardtop/vert, what have you done already, what do you like... kinda need more info first.

But based on the little bits i have - if you haven't already done so clear corners are good. Rear "CAMARO" letter fill-ins are nice. Window tint. Lowering springs. Stripes. Those would work as a starting point.

well spend $0 and lose the bra. then i'd get an intake ($200) and a rear section exhaust ($150), then clear corners ($60) and rear urethane letters ($40)

good intake/good exhaust, and loose the bra, you should spend 450 on a good intake and exhaust. figuring 300 for the exhaust and 1xx for the intake, then shipping, etc.
