Headlight Cleaning

Ok, So tomorrow im going to do my headlight cleaning and hopefully blackout mod (depends on time) Ive seen a couple write ups on how to do this and so far it seems like u need, 400, 800, 1500 gritt paper, wax, and a buffer (some even buy this kit to do it but i cant remember name) Well I dont have a buffer so anyone hear no any good ways to clean the headlights?

i'd say take 'em to a local detailer and get 'em buffed.

get a buffing compound and a rag and you can do it by hand.

When I get home I'll give you the name of this one polish that I have... The presentation we saw when we bought this stuff was amazing. I think it's called Liquid Luster or something like that, anyway... she literally took a car's hood and SPRAY PAINTED it with a white spray paint, (all of this is under a heat lamp, so the spray paint dries in like 2 seconds). She takes a kleenex and tries to get it off, of course it doesn't. She puts some liquid luster (or whatever it was called) on to the same kleenex and it comes right off and leaves a spotless finish that was REALLY smooth. To clench the presentation, she asked for a bronze key, which I had on my key chain, she took the liquid luster to it and the key is shiny and clean as hell. For Easter, we had some silver pieces that goes on a shelf that was getting kinda ugly looking, my mom asked if we had any polish so my dad grabbed this and using a paper towel and barely any elbow grease, the silver looks brand new.

too bad it isn't an oil (it doesn't stay long enough to do any good)
