Well today i got my car back from the shop. I just hadda pay my $50 decutable good deal!! then some other guy comes out and told me i have to pay $128 because they had to tow my car... i was pissed about that but i paid it, im going to my insurance later to see if i can get my money back because i have towing on my insurance. Its running really good now. No clunking or nothing in the rear.

Here is all that was wrong with it well this is what they wrote on the service paper thingy:

" Customer states vehicle has drive line problem possible differential. Found center pin failure in rear. took side spiders carrier ring and pinion gears etc. swapped rear housing with internals only. swapped customers sway bar bushings links rotors e shoes calipers crossover hard line etc. dropped rear cover and inspected ok. Reassembled with new fluid, cover gasket. Bled brakes"

the guy was pissin me off because somehow one of my terminals were stripped (side-post) and he wanted me to pay 200+ for a new baterry and cable. I told him to shove it up his *** just gimmi my keys and i was out of there

lol...thats a good deal tho, if u don't notice a huge difference in acceleration they probably didn't change the ratio much cause normally u really notice a gear change

well what did your RPMs run at about 50 MPH before and what are they now??

i dont remeber what it used to rev out at 50mph or anything, but it revs out a lot more in 1st gear now.

the easy way to check is see if your speedo is still right, if the ratio in the rear changed and they didn't do anything for teh speedo it will be off

hmm i think it is off a lil maybe 5-10mph, because i was doin doin 60 in a 55 and i am usualy passin out cars but it felt like i was goin 50.
