I was thinking of maybe doing a ghost stripe on my car. Kind of like ghost flames but a racing stripe instead. any ideas?

if I read it right, I think he is talkin about ghost stripes, he just mentioned the flames because normally when you hear "ghost" paint jobs it's associated with flames. I've seen it done on a few cars, and I have to say it looks tight as hell.

yes, it does look nice. Its a nice, seldom seen alternative to conventional stripes. I say go for it.

another possibility i was thinking of doing was painting my hood and spoiler black since the top of my car is black and the rest would be white....but its just an idea. The stripes would be much more doable. What kind of price would i be looking at? Can anyone give me an idea?

I'd say stick with the stripe idea. The top half of the car black look is a hard one to pull off....

I think that ghost stripes would be awesome. I told my friend to do that with his Stang but I don't know if he will end up doing it.. I also am really starting to like 2 tone cars but no just like the hood.. You have to come down farther.. There is a orange Camaro with a black 2 tone top and it looks badass.. I have no idea where pictures are though..

depends on color figure a little over a grand to do it right (you'll want a total repaint)

go with some regular stripes, flags, etc. on it. It'd be cheaper and could still look good. If you want to spice it up.

If you want something similar to the ghost effect, the only thing I could suggest would be getting a set in white reflective. It would only show when the light hits it right.
