Well I have not been on here for a while but there is a reason! One morning as I was about ot leave for work two cars pulled up in my driveway so I got out to see what they want I see they have badges and they were IRS agents as most of you know my car is in my dads name and they are after him and were there to take my car! I told them they were not taking it and they said yes we are I said NO your not and left to go to work! so they came to work and wanted to know where the camaro was and I told them I don't know my dad came and got it so the car is in a safe place but I am going to see if there really is a lean on the title if there is not I am going to get the title put in my name. But I got a jeep for $700 that I am driving now so wish me luck with teh title!

ouch..I would get it taken care of ASAP!! But with them already lookin into it I would doubt he would be able to do it. There is probably some kind of clause that they can take stuff sold within a certain period of time I would assume, but not for sure.

I ran a carfax and looked a couple other places I cant seem to find a lein so my next day off I am going to go to DMV and try and transfer the title to my name so they can't take it!! pisses me off I hate them they are complete ********!!!
