Car Video Party
 

Ok heres the deal - I used to hold "CAR VIDEO PARTY'S" but not in the last couple of years cuz my new place isnt a good place to host it, at my old place it would either be in the large family room or in the double car garrage with friends. Basically it's ppl getting together and bringing/ showing their home made car videos of shows/ races/ cruise ins/ etc...

So now my idea is this - let's get together somewhere central (like Etobicoke) at a bar/restaurant type place that has a back party room with a big screen TV and we all bring car videos to play (home made, downloaded, or bought - so long as they can be played in any DVD player, even photos on DVD) while we shoot the shite about cars n such, drink, eat, play pool, etc....


So what do you guys think? Where would be a good place to hold this? When do you think is a good date for it? Would you be interested in such a thing?


I was thinking of it maybe happening on a weeknight in October

Obviously if its in a bar it would be a 19+ event

Rubicon in Clarkson would likely accomadate this idea. :thumbsup:

Be a great night, not so much maybe a video night but a meet the members nite.

Both are good, I think the videos would be good cuz they'd spark up some convo amongst ppl (especially this groups cuz they seem so quiet and timid, lol)
