That was the cars first time at the track. Pure shake down, and tuning. Accully the car with 12.9 at 117 on 19 psi. That mile an hour is good for low 12's alone. With some suspension tuning and more boost that car will see low 11's easy. So please keep the talking to yourself. Rome wasent built in a day.

I agree totally. I watched the car spin tires for at least the first 60 feet if not longer and beg for traction that it just couldn't find. The car will definitely go much faster than it showed that day. Don't give up man! For all those ball-busters there were plenty of 16 second cars out there, I hope you weren't driving them! :dunno:

I would beg to differ acually. Watch what the car runs next events. Its a sr20det with a 35r.

You know what....this is bullshit. Its not my ****ing car, it wasent ****ing tuned, and I have a bunch of ****in people talking when they aint got anything ****in better.
You try tuning, learning the car, learning the track, all on a pro tree. Acually you probley drive some piece of , slow as **** car and have no idea what your talking about. So go **** yourself. If not then ****in put up or shut up. |

mid-11 doesn't constitue a plate like that. There are NUMEROUS street mustangs, corvettes, ect. that will do that on a street tire. For the record I have a larger engine, and slightly larger turbo than that 240. :smile: |
YOu know what...I just dont care anymore. If your car is that great, just like every other bench racer in here. Then why don't you run the event? Seriously its so much easier to sit on the side lines and past judgement. So you can sit behind your computer screen and talk all the you want. But untill your acually put your car out there then its just a bunch of talk.

Seems to me you are the one keyboard racing in this thread. Car ran 12.9 but you say its a low 11 car faster than anyone else. I am simply stating that the plate is rediculous considering the times the car did. And I did not say anything about me or my vehicle being greater, I simply said it is all bigger. :) |

Yes the car went 12.9....but its the mile an hour im referring to that lets me believe the car easily has 11 capabilites. In no way im a bench racing. Atleast I'm out there....why arnt you. You know if you have the bigger engine, and turbo. I can't figure out why a bunch of no buddies are giving me headaches when ppl like brad davis and other racers are so much more encouraging. Maybe because they understand its just a plate. maybe because they understand that the car was just getting a shake down, and maybe they understand because there acually out there doing it.
