About 15 min's south of Janesville at about 7:00. Let me know, because you have to take the road Target's on to get there so I can just wait right off the interstate for you and we can go together but it's up to you.

Here's the thread - http://forum.fbody.us/showthread.php?t=38667

Tony, I'm going to be leaving Kenosha around 5:30 tomorrow morning so let me know because I don't plan on being up to much longer.

Man this SUX!
All this great cruisin weather and I sit here staring at the car in the garage.
Just ordered a Textralia clutch though. I guess I can put that on the shelf next to the comp cam and wait for spring to install. Oh well, might as well start on my winter projects, FRC's, Whistlers mod for headlights and darkend turn signals and whatever else.

Sorry. Wow you went all out on your clutch. I don't know if I could spend that much on a clutch but I've heard so many good things on it.
What's the specs on the cam?

I just got back, I'll be posting pictures and such later but I can't even tell you how much fun it was. Going 85 on backroads with FBodies as far as the eye can see is my idea of heaven.

Jpack 10-15-2005 08:24 PM

Yeah, what he said!!!!!!! It was incredible. That has to be one of the best outings I've been to. It was nice meeting you Chad. Got some good pictures. I am downloading now. Will post in a while.

I just got back, as soon as I got home from the cruise my wife and I went out to buy a dress for a wedding next week. Talk about boring.

I'm getting my pictures up real soon.

Mike Jones 10-16-2005 12:16 AM

Check out the FBody Picture's section, I have my pictures posted.

The Spring Cruise has more twists and curves. More daylight, too, so it lasts longer. Starts earlier, ends later. You'll need a passenger to take pics in those turns, and think about a vid cam too. It starts near Racine, I-94 Exit #333. If you want an idea of it, you 2 can go on it now, before parking for the winter. Just go to the site, click on Spring Cruise, Route Directions, and follow the miles and roads. Take your radios again and you'll have a blast. If you're worried about finding your way or getting lost, we use Gazzatteer map books to plan the route, about $20. Since you won't need to spend a bunch of time for breaks, you'll be back home by dark. The official date for it next May will probably be posted within the month.
If you do this, you'll be dreaming of it all winter. Best parts are between West Bend and Plymouth. Oh, and speeding is not recommended, or needed.

Sounds like you enjoyed Saturday. Glad you made it. You've got more seats, so bring friends along next time - they'll want to buy a Camaro afterwards.

That's not bad though.

I'm currently looking at 224/224 .563/.563 112 LSA from thunder racing. Keeping it mild but still able to make some good power.

Here's the dyno graph from Thunder's website. Look how the hp and tq are higher at EVERY point not just from 6,000rpm and above which seems to be the norm for high hp FBodies.
