new to the scene.
 

yo as im sure you can tell from the subject is im new to the scene, ive been to a couple of meets with my buddy in the last couple of years, but i wanna get involved myself into the toronto racing scene. what are good spots to go to see some racing, i dont mean some guys with all show no go cars in a parking lot, i wanna go to a place where i can see some cars that race! preferably im want spots that are on the east end since i live in ajax.

If you want to watch a race :supergay: go to woodbridge, if you want to actually race a fast car show up to the etob or 403 meets :thumbsup

I find this post kinda funny.
U say u want to find were people race and have no idea yet u have been to meets b4 in the past. I would sugest u go to the meet spots u went to b4 and start there. No one will tell u Hey come here and race with us, Unless there wantabe kids.

Now as it is we have to many people that come and watch and bring there little friends that dont know about cars racing or anything else.
U want to watch the try speedvision or PS2.
U want to race then show up and race.
What u have for a car?

use to drive a 1990 ford probe that i myself had done a little bit of creative tweaking too, but then my transmission went for a royal crap and i didnt see it being a worth while investment to replace it, so right now im driving a 1995 dodge neon with god knows how many km on it cause the odemeter doesnt work and that just my point a to point b car. im saving up to hopefully get a MKIII supra turbo 5 spd.

also i see the point in not telling me where the races are held, i didnt think about that when i posted.

and lastly i do know alot about cars actually, infact im a mechanic.

well, with that car, no offence, you can find almost everyone to race, and they prob do it for slips too :lol but seriously, if you drive to the normal spots and hand around for a bit then people will do one on ones, finding a group is a little harder but still fairly easy, and also you will find most of the people west of toronto, not east. There is some north west of you too, check around "i mean you can just drive around and i can bet you will get some guy beside you if thats your game "yet after 1month you will get tired of this and look for something new" woodbine, 16th and so on. But remember you wont find need for speed meets on every corner. Also i would recommend the track, maybe it isnt as exciting but its still damn good to watch.
