STOCK stang vs C4 VETTE

Ok C4 vettes for the most part are wood. I dont normally defend ford But ive seen a stock mustang LX with a gutted air box wipe a 85 L98 vette in the 1/4. I go into a huge debate at a car meet about this and every vette owner pretty much went nuts. Can anyone verify this? Even if it was close race I still think the stang can pull it off.

93 trunk LX 5 SPD factory vs stock 87 4+3 Vette
hard to say but you'll rarely find a stock stang to go at this statement
a friend of mine has a stock 87 as stated above vert. and its got some pep not much but it feels fast enough to take the stang
Fairly stock mustangs mid 14's or so
Stock corvettes to that time 15.1's ish so who knows

I'd put my money on the vette i love my bowtie bitches!

80's vettes are slow built more for handling vs. 5.0 mustang great straight line drag car. 95% of vettes are stock vs. 95% mustang have been modded.

I think you should quit the car scene.
Try collecting stamps, maybe you will be better at that.
