4ac motors/parts?
 

Hey all, new here... I race hydroplanes (boats) in a stock entry level class that uses the Toyota 4ac motor... always looking for cheap engines that are running/rebuildable. I figure it's more appropriate to post in here as you're more likely to throw a 4ac motor out than look to see if someone wants it in the classifieds... haha.

So if you're doing a motor swap or something and want rid of your 4ac, or know someone who is, let me know.

I race in "T" class, 1.5L it's called. check out www.hydroplanequebec.com if it sounds like fun to you! We get the gutless wonders up to 90-95 mph on the water. It's a blast.

Just run a 4age or 7afe and don't tell your competitors. :D Also, post up some photos of some of the 4ac's used in the boats, I'd like to see.

Here is my boat... I don't have very good pics. The close up of the engine is when I bought it and before we gave it a once over.

- Basic stock engine
- blueprinted
- Weber 32/36 carb
- anything not needed removed :)

complete boat, motor, driver... 750 lbs.

If anyone has leads on motors... let me know :)
